Sandustry Field Manual operates sandustry.world as an independent game-guide website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@sandustry.world.

Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, referrer, timestamps and diagnostic logs. This is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse and investigate availability or security incidents.

The site does not provide user accounts, public comments, purchases or a contact form. We do not intentionally ask visitors to submit names, addresses, payment details or precise GPS location through the website.

Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after a visitor chooses “Accept analytics.” It helps us measure page views, approximate geography, device category, traffic source and interactions with guide links. Custom events may include a non-personal link label and destination URL; they are not designed to contain names, email addresses or account identifiers.

If analytics is rejected, the Analytics script is not loaded. A consent choice is stored in local storage under sandustry-analytics-consent. Visitors can reopen Cookie settings from the footer and change their choice.

The site is preparing to use Google AdSense but does not currently display AdSense advertisements. If advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to select, deliver, measure and protect ads.

Third parties may place or read cookies in a visitor’s browser or use web beacons and IP addresses as a result of ad serving. Before personalized advertising is activated for visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom or Switzerland, the site will use a Google-certified consent management platform that supports the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework.

Optional analytics is based on consent where consent is required. Essential hosting, security and fraud-prevention processing is based on operating and protecting the website and on applicable legitimate interests. Analytics retention is controlled in the associated Google Analytics property; aggregated reports may remain after event-level data expires.

Data may be processed by our hosting provider and, when consented, Google Analytics. We do not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept or reject optional analytics. Browser controls can also remove stored site data. Depending on location, visitors may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to a data-protection authority.

Send a request to support@sandustry.world. We may need enough information to identify the relevant record, but we will not ask for unnecessary identity documents.

The site is a general-audience reference and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through accounts, comments or forms.

This policy may change when providers, advertising settings or legal requirements change. Material updates will be dated on this page.
