Sandustry Fluxite Guide

Find small natural deposits early, then create a renewable source with the Flux Emanator.

QUICK ANSWER

Fluxite appears naturally underground in small amounts and is used for inventory upgrades. Later, a Flux Emanator converts Voidbloom into new Fluxite that grows outward from the machine.

01

Early priorities

Natural Fluxite is scarce enough to spend deliberately. The official beginner guide recommends Grabber capacity and capability as a useful early investment.

02

Scale production later

The Flux Emanator makes Fluxite from Voidbloom. Leave room below the machine for the mineral to grow and harvest it before the mass becomes a performance problem.

03

Spend scarce deposits deliberately

Before renewable production is available, record the next upgrade and its practical bottleneck. Capacity is useful when collection trips end because the Grabber fills; capability is useful when progression is blocked by what the tool can handle. Avoid spending every natural deposit immediately, because a later unlock may solve a more important constraint. Mark partially mined deposits on the map so remaining material can be recovered without repeating the exploration route.

  1. Identify the exact tool limitation.
  2. Compare the upgrade with the next research objective.
  3. Keep a reserve until renewable production is stable.
  4. Mark any deposit left for a later trip.
04

Harvest the Emanator safely

Reserve space around and below the Flux Emanator because new Fluxite attempts to grow outward from the output. Add a regular harvesting path and avoid placing essential pipes or access routes against the growth boundary. If placement or frame rate begins to slow, stop feeding Voidbloom and clear the accumulated mineral before changing the surrounding walls. A smaller, regularly harvested source is easier to maintain than a sealed chamber allowed to grow indefinitely.
