A Wet Seed touching a Planter Box grows into a Flower. Gold and Amethelis can pass through the box, while other solids can remain above it and create a blockage.

Layer the setup vertically
Use an enclosed wetting zone above or beside the planter line, guide Wet Seeds onto the boxes, and leave a collection area below for Gold and Amethelis.
Design around floating seeds
Wet Seeds can remain suspended in Water. A Clearing Frame can push them through a controlled route; a wide uncontained pool often creates a slow, inconsistent feed.
